Microfluidic‐Assisted Growth of Perovskite Single Crystals for Photodetectors

The organometal halide perovskites (OMHP) are promising candidates for fast, sensitive, and large area photodetectors. In the last decade, several techniques have been developed with complementary advantages. Film devices thin can be scaled to area, but a number of grain-boundaries related defects. Single bulk crystals instead higher purity, thicker not easily produced on areas. this work, microfluidics-assisted technique realize controlled growth OMHP single crystals, in form microwires, directly conductive patterned substrates, is presented. This enables realization vertical pixelated sensor layer. resulting present gain, responsivity up 200 AW−1 fast rise time down 35 µs. first demonstration device realized substrate using techniques.

Solution-Processed MoS2 /Organolead Trihalide Perovskite Photodetectors.

Integration of organic/inorganic hybrid perovskites with metallic or semiconducting phases of 2D MoS2 nanosheets via solution processing is demonstrated. The results show that the collection of charge carriers is strongly dependent on the electronic properties of the 2D MoS2 with metallic MoS2 showing high responsivity and the semiconducting phase exhibiting high on/off ratios.
